The Friday Market is selling Asparagus!

This upcoming Friday Market we will be selling asparagus! Asparagus is high in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and Iron! We are selling the asparagus for $6.00 a bunch. Asparagus has a large amount of your daily nutrients and it tastes delicious. Hope to see you this Friday!

The Friday Markets are back! The Blue House students are hosting Friday Markets again this spring. Please join us this Friday, May 9th at the Main Campus, to buy Blue House fresh grown produce. The Markets are held at the 12:00 carpool and the 3:00 carpool. Hope to see you there!

Plant Sale!

On May 17, from 10:00 - 1:00, the Blue House students will be participating in holding a plant sale at the Learning Farm in Grayslake, IL, which is right beside the Blue House. There will be many different plant varieties, ready to be planted in your own garden. 

Pancake Breakfast!

The Pancake Breakfast will be held on Friday, March 21 at the Main Campus from 8:00am-9:00am. We have been threshing, winnowing, and milling wheat during out time on farm. During math we have been calculating how much flour we need, what the pancakes will cost, and all the ingredients needed. In speciality groups we have been advertising, researching, and getting supplies. The proceeds from the Pancake Breakfast will go to keeping the Blue House running smoothly and to purchasing a new wheat grinder.
